    thank you for your comments Guys...it was delicious; had the second half for tea...I needed an extra 600grams of game bones (not birds) to make the stock for the jus, dang...then thought I could have made it up with beef bones...I hate buying what I consider the 'pillars of cuisine' from a shop...its not right, I say!!!!
