    Thar sasauges?

    Got a bit of thar to mince soon and keen to have a go at some sasauges. Anyone have and fav recipes to share?

    Just garlic, chilli and some extra fat. Cant go wrong. I mix thar with chamois. Only way to eat mature bucks and bulls is in a sausage.

    do the KFC 11 not so secret herbs n spices....you will need a fair bit...we made up batch and thought we had it right,but later found them bland....
