It's just soy milk mixed with something to make it congeal like cheese
Is more of a texture than flavour so find one that is good texture and layer the flavours you like
I ate a lot of it in Korea and most was pretty bland and meh, some of it was substantially better than the rest
Usually comes in a soup or something salty
its like getting given bread then complaining it tastes odd on its own vs getting handed a nice burger
TBH tho I haven't eaten it since getting home and it's been many years
