    Trout Cakes

    First catch a trout or two

    Fillet and after a big feed of trout last night the left over battered trout gets made into trout cakes

    Ask Mrs Dundee for the recipe

    My girl makes some pretty good fish cakes too. Never with trout tho. I should probably do something about that.

    Love catching trout, but... never actually liked the taste . Consequently I haven't killed a trout in years.
    Mrs Dundee could, if she provided the recipe, be responsible for the demise of a fair few trout in my area.
