Tried this while I was at the two mile pub in Aussie having lunch
Potato wedges
Diced capsicum
Fried bacon bits
Grated cheese
Cook wedges how you would normally cook them and pile them on a plate, then put diced capsicum, fried bacon bits and grated cheese on top put under grill till cheese is melted (not crispy and browned). Serve with sour cream and sweet chili sauce for dipping.
