Without finding the post I think it's just toast the bread, put some cheese inside and vac pack. Then at the end of a long day carrying two deer back to camp, boil the Billy and and toastie for a couple minutes in the sealed bag. Let it cool while you use the water to make brew, eat, sleep, repeat.
