    Venison backsteak with Pear and Onion

    Todays lunch...medallions, a pear, an onion, butter to fry it all with, a good pinch of nutmeg, a dessertspoon of shallot vinegar or substitute with white wine vinegar, two good pinches of Parisian Spice, salt and pepper, chopped chives and parsley...saute cold potatoes...yum yum...
