all you need is a bit of good quality soy.
balsamic and olive oil are awful and any vege that is green (apart from chillis and spring onion) are pure evil

spuds inc kumara, onion, garlic and a bit of tomato paste on a pizza is about it. a few herbs and spices too
my diet is pretty much animal based for 45 years plus
i think i must fund the dairy industry as i get thru 6-8 liters of milk a week

Amen to that. We were force fed them as kids. - made to stay at the table until they are all gone off the plate. Broad beans are disgusting, but a lot worse when they have been sitting on your plate for several hours and are all dry and cold. Never eaten one again since I left home at 16.
