Thread: Venison Chilli

It was good, we all enjoyed it. Not revolutionary perhaps, but a tasty chilli. I reckon we'll make it again. I did drop the heat way back for the kids, and about half the listed amount of salt is right for my taste (and I like salt!).

Good stuff.
It's a versatile option I find. I made some wraps with chilli, cheese and aioli for lunch today. Was tasty. Got me thinking I should be taking wraps and a few condiments on the next hunt.
