    Venison kebabs with Peanut Sauce

A decent cut of venison in 2cm cubes, about 600 grams.

Mix up in a bowl with 2 tsp grated fresh ginger (has to be fresh), 1/4 C soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp honey. Cover and marinade in fridge for a minimum of two hours.

Cut up some veges, red capsicum, zucchini, red onion and the like.

Once marinaded thread the meat and veges onto skewers.

Steve338, that looks brilliant. It reminds me of the 50 sticks of Satay that I ate every Friday night at the hawkers stall in the car park on Orchard Road in Singapore. Great washed down with a bowl of Turtle soup. I would lose the Steiny though and replace it with a beer.
