I'm sure many hunters have their own recipe. These are my take on venison nuggets, basically steak cut into small bits then coated in bread crumbs/ southern fried chicken coating/ flavouring then deep fried for a very short time. Whole family love them.

yup looks good I do fallow steak in a very similar fashion no one complains
No doubt they'd taste great. We'll ignore the Heart Foundation (non) tick of approval :P

About 1-2 minutes in the fryer so just enough to crisp the coating. I imagine that an air fryer would be great as well. Fun serving them to people who don't realise it's venison.
