    Who does snags and salami in CHCH?

    I’m sure it’s been asked before but a search doesn’t reveal the answer.

    Where do I take meat offcuts to be processed into snags and salami in Christchurch?

    hayden-PM GSPFollower-hes got a butcher who does our canada goose salamis and sausages and they are bloody corker.
    a goose salami and a coupla lubricants under me belt and even a knot hole in a fence paling is enticing!
    bloody cracker big robust sausages -would survive a "light" toasting with a gas welding plant!
