Thread: Whole pig on a spit Dunedin

Not sure on the quality of the one above, but is the same concept as Tac a1 described I think.

Years ago, we hired one similar from hire quip, but it didn't turn. You laid the pig split on a mesh plate, and the heat came from bottom back, up the side. Ie the heat rotated and not the meat. Worked bloody good.
