    Wild turkey burgers

    Just a quickie. Mrs rustled up some wild turkey burgers out of some breasts we had in the freezer. We also had a little pork mince which was about one third of the turkey by weight. Minced turkey, mixed with pork mince and the usual ingredients. End result was perfectly palatable. Go get some turkeys before they are properly on to the crickets!
