    The lower is a standard AR15 or NEA AR15 lower. So if you already have an AR15 then all you need is the complete upper and magazine.
    The one pictured is the Canadian spec or our E-Cat version.
    We will bring in uppers and complete guns and can assemble to whatever spec you are allowed ie A-Cat, E-Cat, C-Cat and potentially B-Cat.
