Hey guys after seeing some of Akaroa's projects im building a couple of rifles for me and a mate on Baikal shotguns in 5.6x57, ive got everything except headspace gauges and was wondering if sombody on here had any i could borrow/buy?

If the cartridge is the 5.6x57 rimmed, can't you use a cartridge case to set the headspace?
Not the rimmed version, but I have figured a solution out for us to get around it, following the below process:Quote:

Can you not use a 7x57 gauge? the gauge only has shoulders , not a neck so should work with a smaller caliber bore
I looked at that, but looks like the shoulder is 0.67mm further forward on a 5.6x57Quote:
