Nice!
You dont mess around do you! Nice job on slotting the mag for the necks too. I run a .300blk mag in mine now which dont have those indents.
Let me know how it shoots mate. My barrel loves the 75gr hps.

Well it 's been 2 yrs since Wingman turned my Zastava into a new little weapon.
Was shooting the 70gr Targex until a few months ago and it took down a number of goats in that time.
But my son has been using it the last couple of months loaded with 85gr sierras.
He took a fallow spiker with it 2 weeks ago at 150m and then capped that off with a head shot on small pig.
Not sure I'm going to get to use it much from now on.
Shot this stag recently with 6x45 using a 75 gr sierra to the neck.
The photo doesn't do the animal justice as it weighed around 130 kg + gutted.

Crikey I found these loaded rounds in the cupboard, only from 3 years ago[emoji16]
Tried them tonight at the range.
2500fps neat for 5 round average.
105gr Speer 6mm with CFE223.
They shot ok too.

I also had a Hammer itch to scratch and tried the 55gr Hammer Hunter & 71gr Shock Hammer. The 55gr went out the barrel at 3262fps ave & the 71gr 3042fps ave. Both shot sub .75 MOA, but the H335 is too slow for the 55gr. Need something like RL7 to make them scoot. The 6x45 barrel is 20" & 1:8 on the test rifle, though I have another 6x45 in 1:10 at 22" which the 55gr would be better suited. As mentioned, the Hammers were an itch, don't think I'll be moving away from the 75gr Sierra in any hurry.
No not yet. I will probably wait until spring & give them a go on some deer. I suspect they will be very efficient killers. Want to hunt down some more FPS first [emoji16]
I only got 50x 71gr but got a hundy 55gr which I want to work on down the track.

going to bump this thread, as its got sum good info for the little 6x45, sure like my little cooper.
Shot a couple fallow in back country Taranaki, when home in May, very steep, and thick, bumped a few game in the bush, on a small slip I seen the hind, 100m off hand shot, steep down, the little buck was behind her, and run across and down, during my decent to the doe, he popped up below me, as he stepped down into a hollow I took an unusual shot, down threw the top of the shoulders, bullet was under the skin, of the front chest. very impressed.
Was a real mission to get meat out, as it was one of those, I will just go for an explore hunts, and i only had a knife, was a very tough grind out, with 4 quarters, back steaks and sum shoulder meat,
I not going for an explore with out, at least a sugar sack, rope, or day pack again.
85gr Serria, at 2850, or perhaps a 85gr partion, they shoot the same in my rifle, and are difficult to tell apart when loaded,

Good stuff Southernman.
Had a few days last week burning up some ammo too. 60+ goats & 7 pigs. All with 75gr HP.
A few goat legs to feed the hound & some nice spring grass pork.
