    7mm08 reamer

Any good bugger on here have a 7-08 reamer I could borrow or rent ? Scored a 284 Shillen barrel off tardme a while back and had a look down the spout with a borescope this week, looks like a decent option for long-range gongs, then I can chop the original barrel down to bushpig length.

You are going to ream the 284 barrel to 7/08? I dont think that will work unless there is a heap of knox left?

If i am reading the first post correctly I think EBF has a new shillen barrel with a 284 hole thru it rather than an actual .284 chambered barrel. But I could be wrong I have been before

Ah silly me... I assumed trade me and bore scope must be secondhand.

.284 caliber barrel, enough Knox left, will cut off the existing tang and thread outside for savage action.

Was a 7mm RM previously, but after looking down it with a borescope it seems to have done very little work.

If I can find a reamer that is the plan.

How is your FTR project going ? You shooting Wairarapa on Monday ? I'm heading up for Gisborne champs and will do Wairarapa on the way back.
