    Another Fully Suppressed 22

    Hi Gents,

I just had this tidy JW-15 come along for the right price so thought I would cut it down and suppress it, I have done a few.

The barrel was cut down to over min length, fitted with a full length tube and K baffles installed in the front. They make for a really quiet handy little pest control tool.

I will most likely pass this on if there is any interest or put on TM, anyway up for just to show you guys something different.

    Cheers

    Pretty cool.
    What happened to the baffles?

I think he has milled/drilled that off centre dent to induce gas swirl between the baffles...to slow their release.

Yep just standard K baffles, that's how they work

That looks rather tidy! Nice job.

I guess the exception proves the rule- the JW I chopped down for my nephew had a straightest/ most concentric bore my gunsmith (at the time) had ever seen.

Yep sure did but I machined the internals of the suppressor concentric to the bore
