Bedding action and floating barrel Norinco JW105

Firstly, i wasn't expecting anything great from buying a Norinco 223 except for it to be a learning curve as it is the first centre fire rifle i have owned. I only intend to shoot a few goats and pigs with it and allow my son to shoot with it to learn as well. I expect it will get dinged and scraped which i won't be worried too much about and I will upgrade at a later date but for now i am comfortable messing with it to see what happens and learn from it.

Today i used a dremel type sanding tool and sand paper to free float the barrel which i can now slide a sheet of paper down the barrel to the action.

Next i want to bed the action to the stock. What do you recommend in the way of products to use and things to avoid? I have watched a couple of youtube videos to see what it is about to give me some idea of what i am in for.
