    The big smoker build

    As some of you will know i have a wine barrel which i made into a smoker
    But have always wanted a big proper smoker

    Well that time has come i lit it today for testing still need to build the house itself
    Big thanks to my good mate Dave the builder who has donated his weekends to this free of charge

    Firebox roof done 2 weeks for everything to set properly

    First fire just nice untreated pine for testing due to not having any manuka yet
    Just the big smoke box to go now getting there

    Mostly 2nd hand materials which we like recycled as its cheap 

    No wine barrel is a smaller set up
    This will 650 by 650 by 1700 tall
    So pretty big set up

    Will do the frame work for the wooden part is going to be built in dave the builder's work shop as he has nice tools and space
    Will be transported here by trailer so may not get photos of that... will have to clad it after the fact though due to waight its going to be board and batton
