Well the 7.65 Browning to .303 adapter works, well, point blank for putting down a cow.
Accuracy at 50m rubbish, even if I used a red dot sight. First group of three, a two inch pair, and a lost flier. Second salvo group, the smell broke through and it became apparent I was onto a sh*t idea.
No doubt accuracy result was very much a result of distance to the lands, and removing the neck of the adapter may address this by locating the pistol cartridge further forwards, but still way off the lands even with a tight target barrel.
Cases also bulge and split, so no reloading. I had fun.
