Any issue with laser cutting AR500 and annealing around the edges? Had that issue with ar500 target plates that eroded around the edges because they were gas cut and lost their hardness. Gas is way more aggressive, but laser is heat cutting, so should be same issue? Admittedly these were plates for 30 cal so they took a bit more pounding than with a .22. Switched to water jet cutting and was fine.
Heat affected zone will be so small it will not be a problem.
