Thread: First go at bedding

An inch at 50 m is pretty good with that type of rifle, my 10/22 (standard) probably could do 1.5 inches on a good day so yours is going pretty good. I use the Winchester 40 gr subs have done for years they seem to work well on game out to the 70-80 meter mark. My bolt rifles will shoot a bit better than the Ruger, all a good for minute of rabbit

The guy who built the rifle suggested it would go best with winchester 40gr subs. But a few on here like cci so I'll give them a go as well.
