    It still flexes but not as bad as it was. There is enough clearance for the barrel to not contact the forend when sideways pressure is applied, and the barrel will touch the bottom of the forend tip when pinched together. Its about as good as I can get it without bedding the first 50-60mm of barrel. The Titan6 is a switch barrel design so the barrels will have to be the same dimensions for the bedding to work. For the moment I'm happy
