    handheld rifle crown cutter

    Anyone got one I can borrow? Need to clean up a crown on a 243.
    Getting older is compulsory, growing up is entirely optional.

    Got a cutter but no guide. fits into an electric drill.
    Welcome to borrow if you want, just need to put a piece of dowl the right size into it as the guide.

    if yo have a lathe to make up a brass pilot then just recrown it on the lathe at work. pretty easy to do really. just get teh bore running true and then cut at 11 degrees from the inside out. use HHS since its sharper and makes a cleaner cut i recon

    The lathe won't take the barrel, open sights.
    Getting older is compulsory, growing up is entirely optional.

    I wish, might be a bit hard to justify that to the boss though
