    Hollow pointing live ammo

    Hi Guys
I thought i would have a go at recreating one of these
Used a Layman case trimmer as it has a good brass holding lock .
machined a threaded 7/16 bolt to accept a Dremel collet chuck that will hold some different drill sizes
also machined a bush to match the shell and drill size ,this helps align every thing a tad better ..
Havent tried any of these adjusted pills out yet Name: 20230827_114220.jpg

Make sure you give em a test in ballistics gel or have a "real" round for your follow-up shot, before using on animals.
Used to do this with milsurp FMJ and it wasn't a big difference in hole size that was a difference between blowing up at the first hint of bone, and actually penetrating to vitals.
