    Jemma's 10/22 Project

Here's a wee project I had in mind for my 8 year old daughter ,to make shooting easier and more comfortable .
Started with a regular ruger 10/22 cut the barrel down a little ,traded a new stock with a forum member ,which also I cut down to match her reach(yet still meets req min O.A.L).
Had my mate give it a paint job .. he included a couple of "J's" in the paintwork .. I thought was a great touch ..
Here's some pic's through out process ,and couple pics with scope and suppressor fitted oh and not to forget one pic of a very happy girl

What a dad. Well done Seano.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Change couple things around for her,to see how she wants it set up .
Put a different scope on it ..which she loves and a bi-pod from "BushBuck" here in CHCH.
Guess who's lying prone upstairs scoping the paddocks behind our house ???
