If you can't find someone in trade then pm me and I'll put you in contact with a chch toolmaker who is very good at gun stuff if you can convince him to do it(he doesn't want to take work from those who earn there living from it) but there are a number of gunsmiths in chch and wielding shops who should be able to sort you out easy-ESP if you can remove the lifter so the wielding shops don't have to deal with a gun. It's not a hard job
