    'Lightweight' camp cooker.........

Here is my refreshed camp cooker.
Made from three 9kg lpg bottles.

The original one lasted about 8 years, mostly in the weather, and saw a LOT of use.
This one will be saved for camping only, so should last a long time.

The pot hanging off the side is something I wanted to do since building the original. Works well enough, have only tried it once... will at least be good for keeping stuff warm, if it is no good as a pot.

The main cooker is awesome, used it so much that it is hard to cock it up now. Comes down to the correct size wood, and stacked properly so not to choke it. Tongs are a must for loading a fire like this, so much easier.

Comes in at a whopping 21.5kg with the pot.

I had cooked a whole chicken inside the original one, came out perfect.Name: 20220320_134547.jpg

Tried to replicate that, and couldnt. Tried three times and gave up. Keeping heat inside it is too hard for that long.
It could be used like a camp oven and stuck on top of some coals etc, but I have a camp oven already.
