Thread: Made another "thing"

Busy inletting a stock for AICS DBM, so have AI mags on the brain at the moment.

Watched some vids about "tuning" the feed lips on the mags so they have similar/consistent tension.

Quick trip into the workshop tonight to make this little tool. Both mags adjusted to have 0.415 gap, easy peasy.



Life before a lathe & mill was a lot less interesting :thumbsup

sure beats the adjustable cresent I use to rebend my poor old fert truck after it has tried to digest a guts full of rocks some dipstick put into the lime pile.

Hmmm, nice little ummmmmmmmmm thingo.

Its good being able to knock up some gadget out of not much that help solve some small problem
