Hi guys,
this is my goat gun what I was DIY-ing on the last few weeks. She started her life as a Target rifle with the laminate stock, the previous owner got the barrel turned down and suppressed it plus changed the stock.
When I bought it a year ago it came with a 6 round mag and a small scope. So ordered a 5 shot factory mag, tweaked it so it takes 6 rounds. Polished the old, worn finish off the Gunworks suppressor and re sprayed it. I gave the metal parts a green coat, sprayed the handle the same grey as the supp. (just to be different)
I bought a Minox ZV3 BDC 3-9 x 40 to go on it but to be able to put it on I had to create some clearance between the plastic guard and the scope. I had to completely sand off the knob on the top of the hand guard. Finally a new swivel stud was added so I can use my bipod without any adapter.
Its a good little rifle shoots .87" cold and around 1.75" hot with 55 gr SP flavored Hornady.
My only regret is I never made any closeup pictures before spraying.
