Thread: Need help for bullet core mold (.224")

Hi guys,

I am about to start making .224 53gr bullets HPBT and need some help from someone with a drill or a milling machine.
I have attached a couple of images so you can have a better idea of what I am talking about. I would like 11 holes, all same depth in the Lee blank mold,
measuring .185" diamete and .7" deep in the mold. The sprue plate should be also drilled with a center drill to match the
existing holes.
First image is the blank mold and the second one is the drilled one.
I will send 100 bullets to someone who makes that for me. If not interested in bullets, will pay you. Will pay freight.

Let me know if you get stuck as in Chch, have mill with dro @ work. Damm windows - couldnt find the calculator but assume its a standard fraction you want to drill. We can buy metric in incriments if not. Smash that out in no time....
