Thread: New Barrel on the Hawken

It`s now been rubbed down and washed with baking soda solution to stop the rust. I melted some lanolin, bees wax and added a bit of kero them wiped down the barrel and seal the surface. Refitted the sights and precision cap nipple, popped a few caps to make sure all was working, , so now it`s of the range to burn some powder and set the sights, It`s hard work, .
