now there were fellas on here trying to buy checkering tools...... so you could do a horse trade..you can have my tools if you do my checkering for me...two or three maybe??

I probably should have another go at it.
The other stock I tried to do had remnants of previous checkering which created extra challenges.
I have here another clean (no checkering) stock that I refurbished ,wont matter too much if I stuff that up.
Plenty of scraps to practice on first.

I was considering something like that.
By the same token it would be a useful skill to learn.
Experts on utube make it look easy,
Might have another go at it. Will be a slow job.
