Just completed a tricky little job, this was on a little Walther PP, the idea was to replace the barrel so that it was over 4" (so could, in theory be used under PNZ rules) and to also include a thread so that a suppressor could be fitted.
The first issue was to get the old barrel out and a special tool had to be made to carefully jack out the old one.
Next was remake the barrel incorporating a thread, including fitting it and adding the feed ramp and cutout for extractor.
All in all quite a challenging little job but came out great and appears to function perfectly......next step to make a small suppressor for it and with 32 ACP being sub-sonic should be quite effective.
