    Question for electrical engineers

hi guys, I am about to make an annealing machine similar to this one: VIDEO and I am not sure what amperage I go for.
the motor will be this one: MOTOR and the speed control will be this one: SPEED CONTROL .
What is the right amperage for this motor? Can I use THIS power supply?
Would you suggest any other power supply? Any input is appreciated.
    Cheers

Judging by the application it will be almost unloaded so will probably draw well less than 1A, so you should be fine with that controller and 'wall wart'.

That said I'd get a local wall wart with NZ plug. Safer and less pissing around with mains adapters. Jaycar has a decent range, Jaycar Electronics - Search results

Beware of super cheap wallwarts, I bought a 5A 12V pack off ebay and at 2A it was sagging to 10V. But you should be fine because it looks like it will only draw a couple of hundred mA.

Why not just run it with a battery drill low speed with a variable speed trigger?

Cool!!! Thanks for all the answers! Will have a look at Jaycars web site. Maca, I have been doing this, but I would like something with more time control and its cheap as to make one machine like that. Cheers

I've got some motors from battery drills would need to check voltages, they are new you welcome to one for the postage if I've got one with the correct voltage? Remember you'll lose torque as you slow them down,

Thank you for all the answers so far. I went ahead and bought those components from my list and lets see how they behave together. Maca, thanks for the offer. I would have accepted if I had seen your thread before.
    Cheers!
