    I want to know if I can screw a Bergara barrel into a Rem 700?

    You can but it will take a very small amount of machining and maybe a tickle with a reamer, but it's a $100-200 job as opposed to a full barrel fit with runs closer to $500 with my local GS.

    Keep in mind also that you will need to completely ream the chamber again and flatten the face of the shank as the bergaras have a completely different setup with a recess on the face of the shank for the coned bolt face
