    What's the law btw?

    I know "miniature cannons" are license free, but when do they cease to be "miniature"? For example a full size pivot cannon is not really "miniature" even though it is relatively small.

    And once cannons are no longer "miniature" cannons, are you OK with just an A-cat license?

    A mentor of mine brought an Ordnance QF 25-pounder in from Australia and refurbished it about 8 years ago.
    The local Constabler Plod was insistent that he needed a FAL and an "A" was acceptable.

    Also, ask your local antique arms branch for advice.
