    Yes, exactly. So to control a microwave with an Arduino would be about $20 so a dedicated curcuit way less. The silly thing is for the $250 the microwave could be built with an arduino making its repair cheap and easy, but no we have to throw it away and buy a new microwave.

    PS I am currently looking for Nemu 23 stepper motors for a CNC router I want to make, $45US each for 4, want 100? way cheaper yet.
    PPS Im currently toying with the idea of making my own 3d printer....$1600 to buy, make my own? hmmm
