    It's pretty clear in the arms code that an e-cat is for MSSA (military style semi automatic). So if it's not semi automatic...then it's not an MSSA. Can't be any clearer that that.

    But like removing a bayonet lug, your conversion would have to be permanent, and done in a way where you couldn't simply pop a gas tube on and you're back to semi again.

    I'd just do it, you know you're in the right.
