Thread: Tikka mag release

Hi all, weel there seems to have been a bit of interest in the Tikka mag release so here are a few photos of todays progress, takes a bit of time but coming along nicely.....Cheers

I've not found the mag release to be an issue itself. But the pin can walk to one side and then make it very hard to release a magazine. I've super glued the pin into the floor plate on both sides (being very careful not to get the glue on the release it self!) and had no further issues but if it happens again I'll be going to a aluminium floor plate.

Progress looks good mate! Bloody legend. I for one have not found the pin to be an issue but definitely suffered from the mag release wearing down. Watching this intently.

After a lot more time on them all done, anyone interested $60 each and free shipping.
