Thread: Various Knives

A project I have been working on is a new design chef set and with the 8 inch chef, 6 inch petty and 4 inch paring knife am ready to make a couple of sets. I bought in some bars of NordicEdge ladder pattern stainless damascus and will pair it with brass and very nice fine grained broken fiddle back Tasmanian blackwood from Jason Williams stabilised woods. The NitroV stainless set will have some gold fiddle back maple (have it stabilising) over some dark fiddleback Tasmanian blackwood bolsters.
