Thread: Walk in chiller monoblock units ?

Heatcraft do a drop in unit, let me know what size you plan to make them and I can see what is available. As R93 said you need to seal the outside of the box as the cold draws moisture in, if it can’t get past the inside seal it will water log the panel and any electrical boxes so seal all wires holes and flashing on the outside. Drying out the product is caused by high temperature split across the evaporator so basically the bigger the evaporator coil the better. I’m in Wellington if I can help. James
