    What kind of wood?

    Hi, does anyone here know what kind of wood this might be?
    It is a cutting board/cheese board I found at the OP shop recently.
    It looks very orangy in color is not stained and the hardwood does not have any smell when scraped with a knife.

    looks a bit like Iroku but always hard to tell with photos showing the colour etc.

    It could easily be wattle.but without knowing what stains n oils it's had over the years it's anyone's guess.

    I still think rubber wood and it was a very common import for furniture and kitchen boards like this one but it is a guess but rubber wood boards common
