What thread for my suppressor - Multiple Rifles

So just having a 7mm Rem Mag being built that has a muzzle diameter of .630 inchs. I'm struggling to see what thread I can get away with. I have a single 7mm Non Magnum DPT suppressor now that is threaded 5/8x24. I use this suppressor on my 15 inch 7mm08 Bushpig, 20 inch 6.5x47, my MK V Ultralight 270 (with a 1/2x28 to 5/8x24 Adapter), my 556 AR with the same adapter. I also have a 308 I would like to get threaded.

I was planning on buying a 308 DPT magnum in 5/8x24 again that I can then swap the baffle stacks around and can be moved between rifles.
Obviously with .630" I can not directly thread 5/8x24 and 1/2x28 is not leaving much barrel left at the muzzle. my other prefered option is 9/16x24 but it would be very questionable whether or not I would have enough shoulder I think.

With the bore being .284 the Muzzle being .630" and 0.636" back 0.6" What thread would be recommended by some of the smiths on here? @Kiwi Greg @DPT are two I can think of of the top of my head.

I'd love to be able to buy the 5/8x24 Suppressor as I will likely build another magnum down the road with substantially more barrel diameter.
