Where to get a carbine parkerized

Gentlemen. I have recently purchased a beat up Saginaw M1 Carbine. The internals including the bore look fine but a past owner has chosen to hide the worn original parkerized finish with some black enamel paint. 95% of all the metal parts have been painted including the bolt. I would like to remove the paint and get the carbine reparkerized. Any guidance as to who could do this work and what kind of cost we are looking at would be appreciated.

I'm not sure how helpful this will be, 15ish years ago Din Collings reparked some stuff for me-while he has unfortunately passed on someone must have ended up with his tanks etc.

Or maybe consider ceracoteing (spelling?)or the like, as it's not going to be the factory finish either way it may not affect the value negativity and is much better in use in my opinion. There is a colour option that looks like parking

Nelson Collie in Invercargill (Status Guns) did have a lot of the salts and does have a tank set-up so he would be worth contacting.
