    As a fellow M70 XTR FWT owner (in the other calibre), I must admit, my cheeks clenched a wee bit reading "now I know it's not everyone's cup of tea to modernise a classic".... but that has turned out a bloody beaut! Makes me want to give mine a tidy up now.

    Can't be much steel left on that barrel after fluting, there's not much there to begin with!
