I started with a bag of 200 core loks 55gr did some testing, not for me. I havnt counted them, but I can, at a guess I used 30-40
maybe swap for 65gr, Spitzer Boat Tail, Game King, #1395.
or 7mm amax or 80gr .224 amax.

Serious Shooters in Penrose have the Gamekings in stock last time I looked.
Welcome to Sako club.
yeah, im just wanting to exchange some thing of use for the Remington core coks I have no use for.
I have the 65gn Gamekings, but ain't giving them up!
If you get no takers for the Remingtons, let me know.
Welcome to Sako club.
right oh, anything im using is better than something im not.
I didn't know the 65gr gamekings were hard to get.
what calibre and twist are you using?
Shoot them in my .223 1 in 8" twist Sako 75 and .223 1 in 9" twist AR15.
Great little projectile, hence I ain't selling!
You may find that they also shoot to the same poi as the 69gn Matchkings, they do in my .223s.
I use the Remington 55gn PSPs in my AR as my plinking round. Costs around 38 cents per handload.
Welcome to Sako club.
yeah, iv got the gamekings nearly sorted in my .223 8 twist. about 25gr of 2206h shoots to the same poi as my 80gr amax load. I just have to confirm all this next time at the range. so not very fast, but not having to adjust the scope was one of my goals with the two loads.
Yeah, my Sako Gameking load was 24.9gn of 2206h, doing 2881fps, so pretty close to yours.
In the AR, its 25.2gn of 2206h doing 2873fps from a 16" barrel.
Welcome to Sako club.
I have got 250-300 5.56 62gr ss109 projectiles that I will swap for hundy .223 55gr sp or a hundy decent 6.5 projectiles.
Do what ya want! Ya will anyway.
