    WTB: .303 Projectile Samples

I am trying to load some cartridges for an old Henry Enfield, but I am not having any luck with the .303 Greek Projectiles (.311). They tumble at 25m.

I want to bigger projectiles to see if I can get some stability. I'm thinking 10 projectiles in .312, .313 and .314 would indicate whether the barrel is shootable.

I'm happy to pay the postage for just 10. Better than buying a whole box of Hornady and finding out that doesn't work either.

He nui to ngaromanga, he iti to putanga.

You depart with mighty boasts, but you come back having done little.
Sounds like a typical hunting trip !

Thanks @Frogfeatures. I messaged Robert before. He is currently in recovery and not casting bullets.

He suggested I slug the barrel, which I failed in trying, so keen to explore other projectiles.

I had a similar problem with a 303, by using a ever growing dia resizing die and swaged up pistol projectiles an answer was found when the projectile reached 0.323 0r 8 mm nominal, which made it an 8*57 as the fired case was reformed near the neck and therefore would not fit into my good 303. I am in Waiuku if you want some help, PM me if you like
